Planet Fitness (PLNT) has released an update.
Tom Fitzgerald will retire as CFO of the Company on September 1, 2024, after announcing his departure on February 19, 2024. The Company is launching a search for a qualified successor, while Fitzgerald will stay on until the end of August to ensure a seamless transition. For his extended service and assistance during this transition period, Fitzgerald is set to receive a $500,000 retention bonus.
